Once a reading is booked and payment is made, it is final. No refunds are provided for completed readings, as the service is delivered digitally via PDF and email.

Cancellations or refunds may only be considered if the reading has not yet been initiated. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

 

No Liability for External Factors

Wisemedium is not responsible for any external factors that may affect the delivery of the reading, including but not limited to email delivery issues, technical difficulties, or problems beyond our control. Please ensure the correct email address is provided during booking and check your spam/junk folders.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Wisemedium reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, abusive language, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the service.
